Public awareness school program on safe food with school girls under the initiative of District Office, Manikganj, Shivalay
Details
On 14th May 2024 at Mahadevpur Girls High School of Shibaloy Upazila, Bangladesh Safe Food Authority, District Office, Manikganj organized a public awareness school program on safe food among school girls. Mr. Md. Jinnat Ali, Head Teacher, was present as a guest in the program. Safe Food Officer Mr. Md. Noor-e-Alam Sohag, District Office, Manikganj was present as the President.
During this time school students are given ideas about 5 basic concepts of safe food, how food becomes unsafe and why safe food is needed.  TVCs on safe food are shown to them through projectors. Safe food awareness leaflets, family food guidelines, notebooks, pens were distributed among the present students.
