Public awareness school program on safe food among school students under the initiative of District Office, Manikganj, Harirampur

On June 11, 2024, Golam Mohiuddin Kamal Adarsh High School of Harirampur Upazila organized a public awareness school program on safe food with the initiative of Bangladesh Safe Food Authority, District Office, Manikganj. Mr. Kohinoor Akhtar, Head Teacher was present as a guest in the program. Safe Food Officer Mr. Md. Noor-e-Alam Sohag, District Office, Manikganj was present as the President.
During this time school students are given ideas about 5 basic concepts of safe food, how food becomes unsafe and why safe food is needed.  TVCs on safe food are shown to them through projectors. Safe food awareness leaflets, family food guidelines, notebooks, pens were distributed among the present students.
